  2. The periphery of the hole diameter of the cloth dust collector flower plate should be smooth and free of burrs. The tolerance of the hole diameter of the dust collector flower plate that fixes the filter bag of the dust collector with an elastic expansion ring is about ± 0.3mm;
  3. The deviation between the installation position of the dust collector flower plate aperture and the theoretical position should be less than 1.5mm, and the deviation of the flatness should not be greater than 2/1000 of the length of the dust collector flower plate.

The distance between the holes of the flower plate holes of the bag dust collector is too close, which will cause the bottoms of the dust filter bags to collide with each other and wear out. The rising speed is accelerated, which leads to the continuous increase of smoke and dust emissions, the local filtering load of the filter material is constantly increasing, and the cleaning power is insufficient.
