Performance test

1, open voltage test

In the air inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve, connect the clean air with the nominal pressure of the air source. Input the electric signal of 85% of the nominal voltage and 0.03s of the width on the electromagnetic valve to check whether the electromagnetic pulse valve is open normally.

2, close the air pressure test

In the air inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve, connect the clean air with a pressure of 0.1 MPa, input the electrical signal to close the valve, and check whether the electromagnetic pulse valve is reliably closed.

3, pressure resistance test

In the air inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve, the clean air with a pressure of 0.8 MPa is connected for 60 minutes, and the leakage of the sealing parts on the electromagnetic pulse valve is checked.

4, insulation resistance test

(1) Measure the insulation resistance of the electromagnetic coil to the outer casing under the specified environmental conditions using a 500V meter with a range of 0MΩ to 500MΩ and an accuracy of 1 meter.

(2) Put the valve in the temperature regulation and humidity control box, and set the temperature to 35 degrees, and the relative humidity is 85%, apply a 50Hz, 250V sinusoidal AC voltage between the electromagnetic coil and the valve body for 1min. Check for breakdown.

5, anti-vibration test

The valve is fixed on the vibration test bench, and after the vibration frequency is 20 Hz, the full amplitude is 2 mm, and the vibration is 30 min, the fasteners of each part of the valve are checked for looseness and the work is normal.

6, diaphragm life test

The clean air of the nominal pressure is connected to the air inlet of the electromagnetic pulse valve, and the nominal voltage value of the width of 0.1 s and the interval of 3 s is input on the electromagnetic valve, and the number of consecutive or cumulative operations of the valve is recorded.
