Technology Characteristics in Normal Temperature

In the Series of normal temperature filter media
1. The temperature resistance of PET is between 130℃- 150℃, PE felt is most widely applied, in addition to its special properties as other needle punched felt,
it also has good anti-abrasion and better price efficient rate.
2. The polypropylene needle felt has the lowest temperature resistance, with its reasonable price and
excellent hydrolysis resistant, anti-acid,anti-alkali,anti-abrasion,etc. And it's mainly applied to the low temperature and high humid conditions.
3. Temperature resistance of Acrylic needle felt is 140℃- 160℃,adopt imported fiber,which has the best
property of anti-acid,anti-alkali,hydrolysis resistant of medium temperature filter media.
Nomex needle felt
Nomex needle felt characteristics: high temperature (204-240℃)，anti-acid,anti-alkali,high filtration blow speed,low pressure drop,anti-break,and anti-abrasion,but it easily be hydrolyzed in the condition of high temperature,which mostly applied in pitch
mix gas,blast furnace gas in steel factory,gas,tail gas of white char,kiln applications,electric cooker
high temperature gas,etc.
PPS needle felt
PPS needle felt temperature is 190-210℃,which is the best filter medium for anti-acid,anti-alkali,hydrolysis resistant,but it is not good at anti-oxidant,and applied in waste incinerator,electric station boiler,industry boiler and so on.
P84 needle felt (Polyimide)
P84 needle felt characteristics: high temperature resistance（260-300℃),good chemistry resistance,good air permeability,high filtration efficiency,but the price is high.
It mostly applied in cement kiln,waste incinerator,etc.
Glass fiber needle felt
The product has high temperature resistance （240-260℃），low price compared with other high temperature fibers,and stable size,low shrinkage rate,high
intensity,but it is crisp,which is applied in chemistry,steel factory,metallurgy,cement,etc.
FMS needle felt
FMS needle felt characteristics: it can stand high temperature resistance（190-300℃), heavy loads,long life time, reasonable price, strong function etc. It can be widely used for
filtering and recycling of polluted air and dust in Iron & Steel factory, Melting factory, Cement factory,
Petrol chemistry ,etc.
PTFE needle felt
PTFE needle felt adopt PTFE fiber ,formed by three-dimensional needled .PTFE fiber is a linear macromolecular structure, which has strong stability,
wear resistance, chemical stability, temperature resistance is particularly prominent, and it is widely
used in steel, power, waste incineration flue gas filtration and other harsh environments.
