The improved filter bag framework adopts a spring structure, omits the connecting flange, and fixes the spring framework directly on the venturi. The upper end of the filter bag is tightly tied with a rope and pressed above the spring frame, and the lower end is tightened by the bottom plate of the spring frame, so that the filter bag forms a closed system. Considering the limited extensibility of the filter bag, a small spring is added at the lower part, which is fixed to the angle steel welded to the simplified dust collector, and the spring frame is suspended by the extension elastic hook of the small spring to tighten the filter bag.
The improved filter bag framework has obvious advantages in installation, transportation, and use:
- Because the connecting flange is omitted and the materials are reduced, the cost of the spring frame is only 1/4 of the original, which greatly reduces the cost of the equipment.
- Because the spring frame is small in size when in the compressed state, it is easy to pack, and is not easy to be deformed. When installing, only need to tighten the cloth bag and hook it with the small spring. Therefore, it is convenient to install and transport, and it is easy to maintain and replace the filter bag.
- The weight of the spring frame is less than 1/5 of the original frame weight, ensuring the load-bearing capacity of the board.
- The spring frame also significantly improves the dust removal effect of the filter bag. This is because the spring frame can produce self-vibration after the impact of the air inlet and high-pressure reverse blowing. This self-vibration effect has a good compensation effect on the dust removal of the filter bag. The pulse of the solenoid valve is in the range of 0.5s. Such a short blowing time can only ensure that the dust of the filter bag blows off, but cannot ensure that the dust settles to the end, so it will inevitably produce dust back treatment, and increase the filter bag The dust filter pressure. The self-vibration effect of the spring frame in the interval between the second cleaning of the filter bag solves this problem to a large extent, reduces the amount of dust treatment of the second filter bag, and improves the efficiency of the equipment.
But it should be noted that the fixing of the spring frame on the venturi tube must be reliable; the pitch of the spring must be controlled between 30-50mm after installation to ensure the filtering area and dust filtering effect of the filter bag.
