① Strengthen management and raise awareness.

The dust collector is not an auxiliary machine of the production system, it is a host device in the production process circulation system, and its operation directly affects the output and quality of the kiln, mill, dryer and other hosts served. It is necessary to ensure the synchronous operation rate and intact rate of the equipment system and the dust collector. The leaders of some units only pay attention to the intact rate of kilns and mills. They do not pay attention to the operation of the dust collectors. They do not manage the air leakage, lack of bags, and damage to auxiliary machines. Sometimes they also dismantle and stop the dust collectors. The output and quality fluctuations caused by the failure to operate the dust collector are not well analyzed and understood.

②Strengthen the sealing of the dust collection system.

The dust collection system mainly includes the dust collector body and other equipment in the dust collection system, such as a rigid impeller feeder, inlet and outlet valves, conveying equipment and pipelines, and inspection doors. Strengthen the sealing of the inspection hole and the door of the cold smoke chamber. It is best to use a double-layer door for the inspection door. The seal around the door should be made of heat-resistant silicone rubber. The sealing of the conveyor equipment should also be strengthened to reduce and eliminate air leakage. All the joints of the shell must be continuously welded, and no leaks or openings are allowed (the door hole and the dust removal place are the easiest to leak air).

③ Try to reduce the number of dust collectors on / off and inspection.

The dust collector generally does not show abnormal phenomena or is out of operation for a long time. Do not open the inspection door for maintenance. Because every time it is turned on, the dust collection system forms a sudden drop in temperature and condensation during the startup or maintenance period, which seriously affects the life of the dust collector.

④Enhance the heat preservation of the dust collector.

Many cement plants have not paid enough attention to the heat preservation of the dust collector, and the construction quality is poor. After a period of use, the insulation material has fallen off in a large area and the insulation layer has entered the rainwater, etc., resulting in poor insulation effect. The thickness of the insulation layer should be selected according to the local temperature, and some better protective layers such as thin steel plates should be selected on the outer surface to extend the service life and insulation effect of the insulation layer.

⑤ Strengthen the management of dust in the production system.

When the production system undergoes technical transformation, it is necessary to take care of the complete dust collection system. There are certain technical requirements for the inlet concentration, temperature and wind speed of the dust collector when designing the matching. When the production system is modified, it may be necessary to increase the wind speed and increase the amount of dust. At this time, it is necessary to consider the capacity of the dust collector and the possible consequences, and try to match each other.

In summary, there are many factors that affect the dust collection efficiency of the dust collector. As long as we fully understand and master the design requirements and technical performance of the dust collector, scientific management and maintenance, we can maximize the dust collection efficiency and play The role of the dust collector.
