1. The species of smoke and dust

Due to the different coal types, the proportion of dust in smoke is different. Dust can be divided into organic dust, inorganic dust, and mixed dust according to the composition of the material. The analysis of inorganic dust in flue gas mainly includes SiO2, FeO, CaO, MgO, MnO and other elements. Among them, the scouring of filter bags is mainly based on SiO2 and Fe2O3. , High scouring frequency of the filter bag, increase the damage degree of the filter bag. In the previous analysis of coal, the content of Si〇2 and FeO in different coal types is also different. For example, the SiO2 content of raw coal and gangue coal is about 55%, but the content of SiO2 in coal gangue is more than 60%. It is conceivable that their existence directly affects the service life of the filter bag.

  1. Limit index of temperature

Temperature is one of the important indicators for the use of filter media. The temperature directly determines the service life of the filter media. Filter material can be divided into: normal temperature filter material (less than 130 ℃), medium temperature filter material (130-200 ℃), high temperature filter material (more than 200 ℃) according to the temperature they can withstand. At present, the filter material produced by our company can withstand the highest temperature at 300℃, which is the high temperature filter material temperature positioning of our company (200-300℃). The maximum temperature of the glass fiber filter material is 300℃, but the best use temperature is at 260℃. The filter material can prolong its service life only at the optimal use temperature. If the temperature is too high, the filter material with relatively weak flame resistance will easily burn and cause burning bags or even fire; but when the temperature is too low, there will be condensation and corrosion of the dust collector. Therefore, when using filter media, the temperature is usually increased by 10℃-20℃ above the dew point temperature. The service temperature usually provided by the customer is displayed on the instrument after passing the sensor test, and does not truly reflect the actual temperature of the dust. In general, when recommending filter materials to customers, it is advisable to increase the temperature parameters provided to customers by 5-10°C to ensure the service life of the filter materials.

  1. Acid gas

In industrial dust removal, due to the delay caused by the combustion of coal, the flue gas contains not only dust but also acid gas, mainly SO2. Because the flue gas contains water vapor, strong acids are generated, and the strong acids are corrosive, and the strong acids will penetrate into the fiber, and the higher the operating temperature, the faster the chemical corrosion rate. Therefore, the content of SO2 is one of the indispensable elements in the analysis of working conditions.
