1. The filter bag is damaged

When the bag filter is working normally, the wear of the dust on the filter bag’s surface will cause “needle” holes in the bag after a long period of wear. Sometimes during the cleaning process, under the impact of low-pressure wind speed and large airflow, the bag will also be damaged greatly, resulting in an increase in the concentration of the exhaust gas dust, and when the airflow containing more dust passes through the fan at high speed, it will cause the fan shell and Major wear of the impeller. Improvement methods: (1) Select wear-resistant and erosion-resistant filter bag materials to increase the service life of the filter bag. (2) Regularly check the wear condition of the filter bag, and find that the phenomenon of broken bags should be solved in time. Small holes can be glued and patched, and the larger ones should be replaced.

  1. Dust collector air leakage

To check the air leakage of the bag dust collector, an inspection hole can be opened on the air outlet near the box, but it is difficult to find the air leakage point by visual inspection. At this time, the exhaust fan can be turned on, and the small air door should be closed for inspection. If you can hear the sound of “cici” air leakage, you can determine the source of the problem, and then weld the air leakage. In addition, the air pipe should be changed in time, and the aging connecting soft leather tube between the reversing valve and the poppet valve can prevent the air leakage from being damaged. Whether the sealing of the main equipment and the connection between the shell and the pipeline is tight, and the air leakage of the gasket reduces the actual air volume and affects the dust removal effect; if cold air is leaked, it will increase the amount of dust-containing gas and reduce the temperature of the dust-containing gas. The presence of condensed water will cause the dew point of dusty gas to fluctuate and cause condensation.
