1. Dust filter bag

(1) The data of the dust filter bag does not match the dust characteristics, forming a partial stomata infarction. For dust with large concentration, small particle size, high humidity and high viscosity, membrane-coated filter bags should be used.

(2) The dust-containing gas is too high, and the system does not adopt any thermal insulation method, which makes the temperature difference between the dust in the pipeline and the dust collector and the external environment large, and the condensation of water vapor during the heat exchange process increases the dust. Humidity and viscosity, heat insulation should be taken at this time.

(3) If the dust concentration solved by the system is too high, and the filter bag filter speed is too high, it will cause the filter bag pressure difference to be too high. The dust removal load of the bag filter and the filtering airspeed of the filter material should be appropriately reduced.

(4) Improper setting of the relevant parameters of the pulse injection system, the dust removal effect of the dust collector is poor. For example, the time interval of pulse injection of the filter bag, the pulse injection width is too short, the contracting air pressure is too low, resulting in a decrease in the filter bag tension, and the accumulation of dust on the filter bag is too thick. The relevant parameters of the pulse injection system should be newly set.
