The processing accuracy of the cell plate will directly affect the verticality of the filter bag and the concentricity of the nozzle. The processing requirements mainly include three aspects to control the quality:

The distance between the spray tube and the cell plate is calculated correctly, and the distance between the spray pipe and the cell plate is calculated correctly according to the nozzle situation and diameter.

- The flatness of the pattern: it should be controlled within ±2mm/square meter. All these regulations are to ensure that the filter bag reduces collisions.
